Timeless Style

All 44 apartments are thoughtfully designed to maximize space and light and will have access to the extensive private decked terrace provided for all residents to enjoy. Many apartments have the further benefit of private outside space and terraces. The refurbished apartments retain both the characteristics and grandeur of the warehouse, with the new build apartments thoughtfully designed taking inspiration from the original building.

Maritime Bond is one of many warehouses built around the Port of Leith in the 19th century. Acquired by famous wine and spirits merchant MacDonald and Muir in the early 1900’s, the building was used to store large barrels of whisky before they were exported into Europe. The building lies adjacent to the famous Lambs House built in the early 1600’s, where Mary Queen of Scots is believed to have stayed on her return from France.
